NCAG is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy to protect your personal information. This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for New Century art Guild, Inc. and its associated website: www.newcenturyartguild.org. This privacy policy applies to information collected by this website and all other sources collected by NCAG.

Commitment to Security

Personal information is accessible only by staff and volunteers designated to handle memberships, donations and relevant administrative functions. All NCAG agents and contractors with access to personal information are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their affiliation and/or contract with NCAG.

NCAG collects the following types of personal information: names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, and voluntarily given information that may include career, student or military history. NCAG may also collect information from individuals or groups that apply for program participation, some of which might constitute personal information.

NCAG will use your personal information for the purpose for which it was submitted such as general or corporate membership, donations and program participation, and we will use such information to provide operational notices, and in program recordkeeping and other similar administrative practices. Annually our records may lead to the publication of aggregate demographic data but will not result in the reporting or publication of any personal information provided to us. At any time you can add or remove your name from our mailing list by contacting us by phone, mail or email (See “Contact” tab on NCAG website www.newcenturyartguild.org) .

How Your Information May Be Shared

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Unless you consent, NCAG will not share or release your personal information with any outside groups, agencies or any third party outside of our organization unless release of personal information is required by law (for example, through subpoena or warrant) or regulation, or is mandated by an agency for governmental investigative purposes or governmental proceedings. Let us also know the NCAG program that led to your submission of personal information so we may efficiently locate your information.

Our website is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by its visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information may be used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

From time-to-time our site requests information via promotions or contests. NCAG uses PayPal, Inc. as a credit card processing company to accept membership dues and donations online using PayPal’s standard online payment button. NCAG Effectiveness Policy:

The Board of Directors shall ensure the continuing effectiveness of all approved projects, funded projects, and funding initiatives underway by conducting a line by line assessment (in conjunction with the artistic and academic survey) to be completed at the end of each calendar year and presented in writing to the members attending the annual meeting.  The results to be approved by a majority vote of all members.
